Steve was getting his haircut, so she wanted to join in the fun and get her hair cut like mommys. Normally she would never want short hair b/c the cousin she adores has long hair :).
I love it! Very becoming on her...you two are going to look like twins. Next I want to see a pic of the two of you together :)
